Refund and Cancellation Policy

 Rescheduling/Cancelling your Sauna Session

  • 48h+: cancel on your account for full refund or reschedule for an alternative available time slot in the 4-week booking window

  • If you cancel within 48-24 hours of your booking, we cannot guarantee credit, but we will do our best to fill your slot and offer a reschedule within the 4-week booking window—please email us in this case via hello@sawnaporthpoeth.com with your booking details (Full name, e-mail address, date/time and location of your booking) and your preferred option for refund, voucher or rescheduling. We are monitoring our emails from 9am-5pm.

  • -24h: unfortunately we're unable to reschedule/offer credit with less than 24h notice

  • We do not offer credit for ‘no shows’

  • All sauna sessions are transferable if you are unable to attend. You can gift your session to a friend/family if you're unable to attend at the last minute, but it is your responsibility to make sure your replacement has read and accepted the waiver.

  • Please note that we cannot accept cancellations via social media.

Bad Weather

If conditions are safe for us to operate, we will stay open during bad weather. If there is a weather warning issued by MetOffice for our sauna site and you feel uncomfortable travelling to us, we will accept a cancellation notice at the latest by 4pm the day before and issue a voucher of the full amount valid for 1 year.

If the Sauna Cannot Operate ​

If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, weather conditions making it unsafe to operate etc.), we will give you a full refund to the original payment method used.​
