Our Sauna
Welcome to Sawna Porth Poeth, a place for relaxation and renewal. Our thoughtfully designed sauna offers a tranquil escape where heat therapy soothes the body, calms the mind, and promotes overall well-being. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, social connection, or a moment of solitude, we provide a space for you to unwind and recharge.
Bookings open 4 weeks in advance, so plan ahead to secure your preferred session. The sauna is usually open Friday to Sunday, from 9am-7:20pm, however, there are weekends when we’re unable to open due to high tides. Our unique location right on The Warren Beach means spring tides are too high for us to operate safely. To counter this, we sometimes open on weekdays during neap tides (the lowest tides of the month) in addition to our usual weekends.
The dates that are available to book in our calendar are those where the tide is low enough for us to open safely. Please check our calendar on the Book page for the most up-to-date availability.
Communal Sauna Experience
A communal sauna session means that others may book into the same session. You can reserve multiple seats, depending on availability. If only one seat is available, it means you are booking the last spot. To ensure comfort, we limit communal sessions to a maximum of 5 people. Sessions are available in 50-minute or 80-minute durations, which include time for changing before and after. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend.

Private Sauna Sessions
Reserve the entire sauna for yourself or your group. Only those you invite will be able to join your session. Private sessions accommodate up to 6 people. You can choose between 50-minute and 80-minute sessions, which include time for changing before and after. If booking on behalf of a group, please ensure that all participants have read and agreed to the waiver form. All guests must be at least 18 years old to use the sauna.

What To Bring
Swimwear
We recommend wearing swimwear (without metal fastenings) on arrival for a smooth transition into your experience. Nudity is not permitted at the sauna.
Changing Robe
For easy changing before and after your session, and to extend your time in the sauna.
Two Towels
One to sit on in the sauna (a hand towel size is perfect for this), and one to dry off with after your session.
Minimal Belongings
Due to limited space, please only bring the essentials for your session. (We recommend leaving jewellery at home too).
Waterbottle
To keep you hydrated throughout your session (bottles can be refilled at the sauna for free).
Suitable Footwear
Flip flops / sandals are recommended for easy changing. Please leave all footwear outside / in the changing room.

Parking is available at The Warren's Visitor car park but can be busy during peak times. Please ensure you allow enough time before your booking to find parking; arriving late to your session will shorten the duration of your experience.
